Passion for his vineyard, an inherent love of the environment, and a desire to produce exquisite wines year after year…these are the driving forces behind Domenic Mondillo. With over 30 years in the Central Otago wine industry, Domenic, and his wife Ally, established their own brand in 2001, specialising in Pinot Noir and Riesling wines. Domenic’s qualifications of executive chef, viticulturist and oenology has led to a range of five premium wines that are best showcased when paired with fabulous cuisine, and of course, great company.
