Flavors: Raspberry, cherry, rose water, tea, spice, ceder, pencil lead, milk chocolate, nutty.
Mouthfeel: Bright acidity and dusty tannins up front. On the mid palate roundness/fullness builds along with notes of dusty cherry, tea, and spice. Tannins lengthen out on the finish with bright acidity and mineral notes. The acid and lean tannins will soften with age, making this wine worthy of cellar aging.
