On the nose, notes of brioche, pear, apple, ginger biscuit. creme anglaise, and saltine cracker. The palate is layered with lemon, lime zest, tart green apple and a hint of honey. The finish is svelte, with a “moussey” texture and lithe yet energizing finish.
