Day Wines

Day Wines sources fruit from the Willamette and Applegate Valleys to make site expressive wines from a wide range of varieties. We work with farmers who grow using organic or biodynamic farming, or that are sustainable but don't use glyphosate. We make the wines in as minimal intervention way as possible, utilizing native fermentation, low use of new wood, and forgoing other manipulations. Our goal is to showcase a site and vintage with each bottling.
